1. What Plasso is

Plasso is software that runs an automated trading strategy on an exchange or broker account that you connect via API. We do not custody your funds. We do not move money out of your account. Trades are placed on your account by your account.

2. What you agree to

By creating a Plasso account, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts in your jurisdiction.
• You understand trading involves substantial risk and that losses are possible, including total loss of capital.
• You are using Plasso with your own funds, not money belonging to a third party.
• You will not connect Plasso to a regulated entity (broker, prop firm) in violation of that entity's rules. You are responsible for confirming the entity allows automation.

3. What we do

• Run an automated trading strategy on a master account.
• Place trades on your connected account that mirror that master, sized to your daily loss limit.
• Manage exits as documented in the strategy specification.
• Provide a dashboard, history, and notifications for the trades placed on your behalf.

4. What we do not do

• Move funds in or out of your account.
• Provide investment advice, signals to third parties, or guarantees of return.
• Operate as a broker, exchange, custodian, or financial advisor.
• Refund losses incurred by trades the system placed correctly.

5. Subscription & billing

Plasso is sold as a monthly subscription. The chosen tier renews monthly until you cancel. Cancellation is immediate; no further charges occur. Tier prices and what each tier includes are documented on the pricing page.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, Plasso stops placing new trades immediately. Open positions remain managed by the stops and targets registered with your broker. Those close themselves on the broker's side regardless of Plasso's state.

7. Liability

Plasso is provided "as is". We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for trading losses, opportunity costs, broker outages, exchange downtime, or any indirect / consequential damages. You are responsible for the capital in your connected account.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed to the address on your account at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Plasso after that date constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction TBD]. Disputes that cannot be resolved through email correspondence with legal@plasso.xyz are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that territory.
